Old people burning, old people burning, put your hands up! Old people burning, old people burning, that\'s kinda messed up. . . .
Gathering this evening at Tazz's place.  Our original plan was to bike to the fireworks downtown, but Tazz messed up his knee at work instead.  So it was just me biking.  Steve met up with me and I found I had forgotten my tripod at the house.  All my shots were hand-held.  They were not bad considering.

That\'s a great pic there. Much better than anything I could\'ve taken with my camera, especially given the fact that you didn\'t have yours mounted on a tripod. I think I may be getting down the technique of taking low-light shots like these, but I\'d still like a better camera that will take better night shots. Someday.... hehehehe

So I have an exam coming up and I've found the best way to memorize things is a fat stack of note cards and several hours drilling.  My weekend is going to be fun.

College is going to suck for me. I\'ve gone throughout high school entirely without studying, always getting good grades without putting real effort into it. I\'m going to be rudely awakened.

Gene Biby's Debut

Gene Biby was an extra in the movie Public Enemies and to give a solute to one of our own, a grand entrance to the theater was planned—without Gene's knowledge.  A limo was rented and everyone with a camera lined up outside the theater as paparazzo.  They even got out a red carpet.  The embarrassed smile on Gene's face was priceless.
